Jon is a chartered planner with over 10 years of experience in the planning industry working both on the consultancy and development side delivering a wide range of energy and residential projects.

Jon is a chartered planner with over 10 years of experience in the planning industry working both on the consultancy and development side delivering a wide range of energy and residential projects. His experience has allowed him to gain a technical planning background and a strong commercial awareness when acting for his clients.

Kevin Horsley

Kevin has over 15 years of experience working in archaeology and heritage, first as a field archaeologist and subsequently as project manager and archaeological consultant working on sites of all periods across the UK.

Kevin has over 15 years of experience working in archaeology and heritage, first as a field archaeologist and subsequently as project manager and archaeological consultant working on sites of all periods across the UK. He provides technical advice on all matters of the historic environment from archaeology to built heritage for a wide range of development types. Kevin is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.

Geotechnical Engineer/ Director

Chris Rigby

Chris has significant geotechnical engineering experience as both consultant and contractor. Chris also has extensive project management expertise.

Chris gained an increasing amount of project management experience while managing developments of increasing scales as his career progressed. Working as a Contractor, Consultant and as a Developer, with experience both nationally and internationally, Chris has gained a broad perspective of business in general and specifically contractual issues surrounding the construction industry, over a 30+ year career.
Senior Landscape Architect

Greg Harding CMLI

Greg is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 10 years’ experience delivering projects across the public and private sectors, from feasibility through to construction.

Greg is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 10 years’ experience delivering projects across the public and private sectors, from feasibility through to construction. His expertise spans renewable energy infrastructure, public realm redevelopment, urban masterplanning, residential layouts, and cycleway/highway development, as well as providing planning consultancy to local authorities. He now specialises in landscape proposals for renewable energy projects, assessing their landscape and visual effects to support planning applications.

Conor Evans

Conor has worked in ecological consultancy since 2021, and in that time has gained competency in undertaking habitat and protected species surveys.

Thom Eavis

Thom is a Principal Ecologist and Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).

Thom is a Principal Ecologist and Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM). Having worked in the industry since 2016, he has extensive experience in undertaking habitat and protected species surveys and is proficient in project management having led and delivered numerous ecology projects on large infrastructure schemes.

Elanor Sims

Elanor has a three-year background in conservation habitat management working for organisations such as RSPB, National Trust, and WWT.

Elanor has a three-year background in conservation habitat management working for organisations such as RSPB, National Trust, and WWT. During this time, she became competent in leading a range of surveys. Now working as in ecological consultancy and as a trainee ringer, she is further developing her reporting, mapping, and identification skills to meet the needs of her field.
